Hey Somerset Bear here

Kia ora - how cool this is - my own blog site and all - this is going to make staying in touch with you all out there so much fun!!

I have been enjoying my stay at the Hutt Association, my goodness this lot know how to make a fella welcome.

Do hope that the winter has been ok for you all - mind you - with my lovely coat it is seldom a problem!! I have even made it up the mountain skiing this year - I will try to upload a photo to show you all. This stuff is all a bit new to me but I love a challenge!!

Now as you will know I'm a bit 'PAW' with my typing - but I do hope that you will leave me messages on my blog site - and I will do my best to answer questions too!!
This will be great spot for you to leave a message about booking a visit to your Association or centre. Dont forget to let me know if you need me to bring you a copy of my book of adventures.
Hear from you soon!! Maybe at National Executive in October.

PS I can smell honey in the air - can you?

It is neat to see you online here Somerset - we were just talking about you the other day and wondering if you were being well looked after. Hoping that the Hutt Association have put some new photos into your album and your diary is getting nice and full!!
Are you going to National Exec with them in October??
Catch you soon and look forward to hearing of your latest adventures.

Hey Somerset - great to see you looking so dapper at National Exec, you seemed so at home sitting on /at the head table with Standing Committee - your presence must have been very soothing for them.
I hear that you have headed off to the Canterbury Association to visit with them, Sarah assured me it is your 1st visit there - and with 51 centres - it sure will take you a wee while. I noted you were so excited that you were indeed rather speechless!!
Anyway - enjoy your self with all the kids!!
Cheers

Hi Somerset Bear!
I wanted to tell you about something I learned to do at Playcentre. I used to need my Mummy at the bottom of the slide, and then I could slide by myself but I needed a mat at the bottom, and now I can slide all by myself without a mat!

We got your book at Playcentre the other day and I got one at home too! I like it.

I'm in Canterbury so I hope you come to visit me soon!

Love from Samantha to Somerset Bear.

Hi Samantha, thanks for writting to me, I would really really love to go on the slide with you when I come to visit, that would be lots of fun. Get your mum to check what day I am coming to your centre so that we can meet.
Looking forward to a hug and slide rides.
